01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Шлифовальные круги

Шлифовальный круг это абразивный инструмент, состоящий из зерен определенной фракции сцементированных между собой вяжущим веществом. Является телом вращения со стандартным наружным и внутренним диаметром, с определенной конфигурацией поверхности оптимальной для выполнения тех или иных операций.

Шлифовальные круги характеризуются геометрической формой (типом), видом абразивного материала, его зернистостью, типом связки, твердостью и пр. И при выборе шлифовального круга такие характеристики как степень твердости или структура могут оказаться более значимыми, чем вид абразива. Шлифовальные круги используются с различными целями. С их помощью можно затачивать режущие инструменты, они используются для предварительной и финишной обработки изделий из черных и цветных металлов, пластика, дерева и других материалов. Область применения круга определяется его зернистостью, диаметром и формой поверхности. С помощью круга возможна обработка плоских и фасонных поверхностей, торцов, резьбы, отверстий и т. д.

Основная сфера применения шлифовальных кругов – это машиностроение и станкостроение. В зависимости от геометрии они могут быть оснасткой заточных станков, ручного электро- или пневмоинструмента. Также они могут быть использованы для ручных операций. Широкий выбор инструмента позволяет осуществлять широкий спектр операций – от обдирки и черновой отделки до финишной шлифовки и полировки.

Зернистость является одним из основных параметров выбора шлифовального круга для совершения тех или иных операций. Определяется она размером зерна подразделяемой на фракции в соответствии с группой шлифовального материала и обозначается соответствующим числовым значением.

Профиль круга определяет возможность его применения для определенных операций.

Плоские с прямым профилем – внутреннее или бесцентровое шлифование, обработка торов и др. операции.
Плоские двухсторонние с коническим профилем – обработка шестерен и простой резьбы.
Плоские с выточкой – круглое шлифование, подрезка торцов.
Круги цилиндрические и конические – заточка инструментов и др. операции.
Круги тарельчатые – заточка инструментов с несколькими режущими лезвиями.

Определить основные параметры круга можно по его условному обозначению, которое указывается в маркировке продукта. Условное обозначение соответствует ГОСТ Р 52781 и в нём указывается:

тип круга;
материал;
зернистость;
геометрические параметры (диаметр наружный и внутренний, высота);
вид связки;
структура и степень твердости;
наибольшая допустимая скорость обработки.

Бруски

Абразивный брусок — это инструмент прямолинейной формы, который используется для ручной или машинной абразивной обработки поверхностей. Продольная поверхность изделия считается рабочей. Именно она задействована в процессе шлифования.

Бруски для абразивного шлифования это ручной шлифовальный абразивный инструмент. Их используют для заточки. Они выпускаются для грубой и суперфинишной обработки с широким ассортиментом выбора зерна и производятся в нескольких вариантах. Они могут иметь керамические или бакелитовые связки. Форма инструмента преимущественно зависит от типа обработки и особенностей ручного захвата инструмента.
